BAKED EGG CUSTARD Non-Vegetarian-Dish

The mixture of eggs, cream, vanilla and a generous layer of freshly grated nutmeg cooked in pastry is simply delicious and just one bite of the wobbly custard filling is the stuff dreams are made of.



Ingredients

Skimmed milk
: 175 ml
Egg
: 1
Sweetener
: 2 drop

Baked Egg Custard

Method

  • Beat the egg lightly, and stir together with milk and sweetener.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir the warmed milk into the egg.
  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground nutmeg over the top.
  • Heat on HIGH for 2 minutes. Leave to stand.
