BAKED SHRIMP Non-Vegetarian-Dish

The prawns would be cooked in their shells (which keeps them tender and juicy) and served warm rather than finger-burning hot. But if you don't want to eat the prawns with your fingers, peel them before you cook them, leaving the tails on if you like.



Ingredients

Shrimps
: 1/4 kg
Beaten egg
: 1
Chopped celery
: 1-1/2 tbsp
Chopped parsley
: 1-1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder
: 1 tsp
Ginger powder
: 1 tsp
Garlic powder
: 1 tsp
Chilli paste
: 1/4 tsp
Chopped onion
: 1 tbsp
Salt
: To taste

Baked Shrimp

Method

  • Remove the shell and veins from the shrimps and boil in salt water for about 5 minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients to the shrimps and place the mixture on a baking dish. The dish should be greased.
  • Bake the shrimps in moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
  • Baked Shrimps are ready to serve.
