MUSHROOM MANCHURIAN Non-Vegetarian-Dish

Mushroom manchurian is one of favourite dish...It will be very tasty, easy n healthy recipe.It is a very good sidedish for all rice dishes especially for rasam..



Ingredients

Fresh mushroom
: 200 gm
Ginger garlic paste
: 2 tsp
Soy sauce
: 1-1/2 tsp
Ajinomotto
: 1 pinch
Vinegar
: 1 tsp
Red chilli powder
: 2 tsp
White pepper powder
: 1/2 tsp
Corn flour
: 2 tsp
Egg
: 1
Salt
: To taste
Chopped green chillies
: 2 tsp
Oil
: for frying
Chopped garlic
: 2 tsp
Spring onions
: to garnish

Mushroom Manchurian

Method

  • Marinate mushrooms with soy sauce, salt, chilli powder, pepper powder, ajinomotto, vinegar and ginger garlic paste, set aside for about 3-4 hours.
  • Beat the egg, add rest of the chilli powder, salt, and corn flour to it carefully because the mixture should not be too thick and mix well.
  • Combine the marinated mushrooms with the egg mixture and mix well till all the mushrooms are well coated.
  • Heat the oil in high and simply place whole or sliced mushrooms in a microwavable dish; cover and cook on HIGH(100%) power for two to three minutes,
  • Heat a little oil in another dish and fry the chopped green chillies and garlic for a minute.
  • Add the fried mushrooms to it and fry for about one minute.
  • Garnish Mushroom Manchuriyan with chopped spring onions.
