A delicious caramel treat that is quick and easy to make.
: 1 x 400 g
Place condensed milk, butter, glucose, sugar and golden syrup into a large microwave safe bowl and mix well.
- Cook on high for 5 minutes.
- Cook for a further 10 minutes on medium high, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Add vanilla essence and beat well.
- Pour hot caramel into a greased lamington tin and refrigerate until partially set.
- Remove from fridge and cut into squares.
- Return to fridge to set.
