Being low in carbohydrates and fat, it is best for people who are on a weight-loss program. It helps preventing cancer in the body and acts as a best substitute for the starch containing vegetables.They are easy to prepare yet sumptous.

Butter
: 2 tbsp
Celery
: 1/4 cup
Chopped onion
: 1
Method
- Cut in florets (put in casserole). Cover and cook on high 8 to 10 minutes. Stir halfway through. Put following in a small casserole.
- Microwave 3 to 4 minutes. Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt. Sprinkle over cauliflower.
- Microwave uncovered 1 to 2 minutes on high until cheese begins to melt.
