CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUCE

Ingredients
Butter
: 2 tbsp
Flour
: 2 tbsp
Milk
: 1 cup
Salt and pepper
: To taste
Shredded cheddar cheese
: 1 cup
Method
- Put the butter in a one quart microwave safe bowl and cook on high heat for 15 to 30 seconds or until melted.
- Stir in the flour until blended and smooth. Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
- Cook on high for about 2 minutes.
- Stir and cook again for another 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese. Reheat if necessary to melt cheese.
