Ingredients

Sliced apples or peaches
: 5 to 3 cups
Pineapple juice (less if fruit is juicy)
: 8 oz.
Uncooked oatmeal
: 1/2 cup
Cinnamon
: 1 tsp
Post Grape-Nut cereal
: 1 cup
Nutmeg
: 1/2 tsp
Raisins
: 1/2 cup
Honey
: 2 tbsp

Microwave Fruit Dessert

Method

  • Cover bottom of 8-inch square pan with oatmeal. Mix rest of ingredients except cereal.
  • Bake in microwave for 16 minutes. Turn pan 1/4 after 4 minutes; do this 4 times.
  • Should be covered with Saran wrap; punch in air holes.
  • Remove Saran Wrap, add cereal and bake another 4 minutes on High or until fruit tests done.
  • Serve with ice cream.
