JAIN TEMPLES

The Jain Dilwara temples of India are located nearly about 2 kilometers from Mount Abu which is Rajasthan's only hill station.
The temple of Shravanabelagola is located 51 km south east of Hassan in Karnataka at an Altitude of about 3350 feet above sea level. There are excellent roads from Bangalore and Mysore.

Jain Mandir is considered as one of the most important Jain mandirs in and around the country. It is been the first Jain temple in South India with 3 Gopurams and 5 doors. It has marble carvings which are based on the principle of the famous 'Dilwara' temples.
Ranakpur in the state of Rajasthan is one of the five most important pilgrimage sites of Jainism. Ranakpur is tucked away in a remote valley in the Aravali range. It is situated around 60 km north of Udaipur in Pali district and boasts of one of the largest and most important Jain Temples in the country.
Shravanbelagola is been located 51 km south-east of Hassan in Karnataka is one of the most important Jain pilgrim centres of India. Shravanabelagola temple is located in Hassan district on top of Vindyagiri hill, about 50 km Southeast of Hassan, and about 150 km Southwest of Bangalore.
Sonagiri which literally, the golden peak is a place sacred to Digambar Jains. This is a place where King Nanganag Kumar achieved liberation from the cycles of death and life along with his fifteen million followers.
The Sri Digambar Jain Lal Mandir is an ancient temple dedicated to the 23rd Tirthankara or Lord Parashvanath and is known as the oldest Jain temple in Delhi that lies opposite the famous Red Fort at the junction of Chandni Chowk and Netaji Subhash Marg which is approachable via local transport and the metro link.
