CAPSICUM & PANEER TIKKA
This is a mouth watering Indian recipe.Soft, juicy chunks of paneer marinated in Tandoori masala along with capsicum and then grilled with veggies.The universal Indian delight is a delicious starter.
Paneer,cut into 50 mm.(2") cubes
: 2 cups
Capsicum, cut into 50 mm. (2") pieces
: 1/2 cup
Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
: 1/2 tsp
: 2 tbsp
Combine the curds, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, coriander, oil and salt and mix well to prepare a marinade.
- Add the paneer and capsicum to it and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated paneer and capsicum pieces in a shallow glass dish and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with the chat masala.
