MICROWAVE CARAMEL APPLE DESSERT 
This Caramel apple dessert is topped with an easy cooked caramel topping, poured over the hot cake and is said to be very delicious.
Ingredients
Caramel pieces
: 7
Milk
: 3 tbsp
Apple
: 1 tart
Chopped salted nuts
: To Taste

Method
- Put caramels in small glass bowl, add 3 tablespoons milk. Microwave on medium (50%) heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until caramels are melted, stirring to blend.
- Let cool slightly. Cut apples in bite size chunks. Stir the chopped salted nuts into the caramel mixture until they are well coated. (They are almost like taffy apples.)
