CARAMEL TOFFEE Vegetarian-Dish

A delicious caramel treat that is quick and easy to make.


Condensed milk
: 1 x 400 g
Butter, chopped
: 125 g
Liquid glucose
: 1 tbsp
Brown sugar
: 1 1/2 cups
Vanilla essence
: 1 tsp

Caramel Toffee


  • Place condensed milk, butter, glucose, sugar and golden syrup into a large microwave safe bowl and mix well.
  • Cook on high for 5 minutes.
  • Cook for a further 10 minutes on medium high, stirring every 2 minutes.
  • Add vanilla essence and beat well.
  • Pour hot caramel into a greased lamington tin and refrigerate until partially set.
  • Remove from fridge and cut into squares.
  • Return to fridge to set.
