CORN WITH TOMATO SAUCE Vegetarian-Dish

Corn dishes are ever green favourite fast food in India especially with tomato sauce which is very yummy.



Ingredients

Frozen corn
: 2 cups
Tomato paste
: 1 tsp
Mix masala
(coriander powder+chilli powder+turmeric powder)
: 2 tsp
Water
: 3/4 cup
For seasoning (tarka)
Oil
: 2 tbsp
For Garnish
Chopped coriander leaves
: 2 tbsp

Corn with Tomato Sauce

Method

  • In a 2-quart glass bowl add oil, mix masala, water and tomato past.
  • Mix together, cover and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Add corn, mix cover and cook for 5 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves, serve warm with bread.
