CREAMY SPINACH RECIPE 
This is an easy creamed spinach recipe made with cheese.
Ingredients
Frozen chopped spinach(10 oz size)
: 1 pack
Small curd cottage cheese
: 1 cup
Salt
: 1 tsp
Grated Parmesan cheese
: 1/3 cup
Egg,beaten
: 1
Grated Swiss cheese
Method
- Cook spinach according to package direc- tions. Combine spinach, cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan cheese and egg; mix well.
- Pour into 6- cup plastic ring mold.
- Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes. rotating dish 1/4 turn every 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes; invert, Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
