CRUNCHY PATTA GOBI
Patta gobi is a very tasty side with rotis or parathas.Crunchy patta gobhi imparts a slightly sweet flavor to this simple dish which is quickly made and quickly polished off.
Ingredients
Cabbage-shredded finely
: 500 gm
Capsicum-shredded fine
: 1 large
Oil
: 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds
: 1 tsp
Coriander powder
: 1 tsp
Turmeric
: 1/2 tsp
Salt
: 1 1/2 tsp
Vinegar
: 2 tsp
Sugar
: 1 tsp
Coriander
: for garnishing
Method
- Place the oil and cumin in a dish and cook covered at HIGH for 2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage, capsicum, coriander, turmeric, salt, vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
- Cover and cook at HIGH for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve.
