CURRIED EGGS
Curried Eggs is a perfect light meal for Saturday afternoons.
Ingredients
(10 3/4-ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
: 1 can
Milk
: 1 tbsp
Curry powder
: 1 tbsp
Eggs, hard cooked and sliced
: 4
Method
- Combine soup, milk and curry powder in 1-quart casserole.
- Mix well.Cover.
- Microwave 3 minutes on '8', or until hot.
- Add eggs.Cover.
- Microwave 3 minutes on '8', or until hot.
- Serve as a side dish over green beans, broccoli or cooked noodles.
- For ovens without solid state heat control, follow above directions, using HIGH, and stirring after every 1 minute, 30 seconds.
