Curried Eggs is a perfect light meal for Saturday afternoons.



Ingredients

(10 3/4-ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
: 1 can
Milk
: 1 tbsp
Curry powder
: 1 tbsp
Eggs, hard cooked and sliced
: 4

Method

  • Combine soup, milk and curry powder in 1-quart casserole.
  • Mix well.Cover.
  • Microwave 3 minutes on '8', or until hot.
  • Add eggs.Cover.
  • Microwave 3 minutes on '8', or until hot.
  • Serve as a side dish over green beans, broccoli or cooked noodles.
  • For ovens without solid state heat control, follow above directions, using HIGH, and stirring after every 1 minute, 30 seconds.
