DRY CHICKEN CHILLI
Chilli chicken must be the most popular dish that comes to mind when we think about chicken.It goes great with fried rice or chowmein noodles.
Chicken cut into pieces,
: 350 gm
Ginger finely chopped
: 1/2" piece
Onion cut into pieces
Garlic finely chopped
: 2-3 flakes
White wine( Optional)
: 2 tsp
Cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water
: 1-1/2 tbsp
Take a microwave safe dish, Add 3 tbsp oil, onion, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, ajinomoto,and chicken pieces. Mix.
- Microwave covered for 5 minutes.
- Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix it well.
- Microwave uncovered for 3 minutes. Mix when done and serve hot.
