EGG FRIED RICE Non-Vegetarian-Dish

This is an easy and quick meal, this recipe for Egg Fried Rice tastes just like they make it in your corner Chinese Take-Away but at a fraction of the cost!



Ingredients

Oil
: 2 tbsp
Garlic puree
: 1 tsp
Green chilli paste
: 1 tsp
Spring onions sliced
: 4
Button mushrooms
: 100gms
Eggs beaten
: 2
Peas
: 50gms
Salt and Pepper
: To taste
Long grained rice cooked
: 175 gms
Dark soy sauce
: 1 tbsp

Egg Fried Rice

Method

  • Place the oil in a10" flan dish together with spring onion , red and green capsicum, mix well and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Add the potato ensuring the mixture is evenly distributed over the base of the flan dish, Pour in the beaten egg.
  • Season with salt and chili powder and coriander.
  • Place on low rack, cook on dual grill medium for 9-10 minutes until evenly brown and crispy.
