FILLED MUSHROOMS
Tasty stuffed mushrooms are always a favorite party appetizer. A stuffed mushroom recipe with cheese and bread crumbs, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Fresh mushrooms
: 8 oz.
Butter
: 1 tbsp
Chopped green onion
: 2 tbsp
Dry bread crumbs
: 2 tbsp
Sour cream
: 2 tbsp
Dash salt and pepper
Method
- Remove stems from mushrooms and set caps aside. Finely chop stems.
- In small bowl, combine chopped stems, butter and green onion and microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until stems are tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except caps. Spoon filling into caps.
- Place on a plate and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until hot (turn plate once).
