GRILLED VEGETABLES WITH PANEER
Grilled vegetables along with paneer marinated in fresh Indian spices are very tasty.
Ingredients
Paneer
: 200 gm
Mushroom
: 100 gm
Baby corn
: 50 gm
Shredded cabbage
: 1 cup
To marinate
Tomato Puree
: 100 ml
Refined oil
: 1 tbsp
Salt
: To taste
White pepper powder
: 1 tsp
Sugar
: a Pinch
Method
- Cut paneer into cubes. Boil mushrooms and baby corn until crisp tender. Drain and reserve.
- Mix all the marinating ingredients together and marinate the paneer and vegetables in it for 2 hours or more.
- Pour the vegetables, paneer along with the marinade in a baking dish and grill in a preheated oven 1900C/3800F for half an hour.
- Remove and serve hot.
