HARIYALI TIKKA Vegetarian-Dish

Hariyali Tikka is a popular snack.Hariyali paneer tikka recipe is easy to prepare,quick receipes.This paneer tikka is prepared with paneer ,curd,garlic,ginger paste,garam masala powder,chat masala .



Ingredients

Paneer (cut into pieces)
: 500 gms
Capsicum (diced
: 1 big
Tomato (diced)
: 1 big
Onion (diced)
: 1 big
For Marinade
Hung curd
: 1 cup
Ground mint leaves (pudina leaves)
: 1 tbsp
Ground coriander leaves (dhania leave
: 1 tbsp
Green chillies (paste)
: 4
Lemon juice
: 1 tsp
Garlic paste
: 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder
: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder (haldi)
: 1/2 tsp
Chat masala powder
: 1 tsp
Salt
: To taste
Butter / oil
: 1 tbsp
Cucumber
: 1 medium

Hariyali Tikka

Method

  • Cut the cheese (paneer) and vegetables into big pieces.
  • Mix all ingredients of the marinade with cheese (paneer) and vegetable together and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Place the cheese cubes and diced vegetables on the high rack on microwave safe flat dish / non-stick tawa / rotisserie and grill for 15 - 20 mins till golden brown on all sides.
  • Reposition the marinated paneer and vegetables frequently and brush with oil.
  • Sprinkle chat masala and serve with cucumber-tomato salad and chutney.
