HONEY GINGERED VEGETABLES Vegetarian-Dish

This is a recipe for those who have a sweet tooth but also enjoy a bit of spice in their life.



Ingredients

Salad dressing (Thousand Island )
: 1/2 cup
Grated ginger
: 2 tbsp
Honey
: 2 tbsp
Soy sauce
: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice
: 2 tbsp
Red pumpkin peeled and thinly sliced
: 500 gm
French beans sliced
: 1 cup
Capsicums sliced
: 2

Honey Gingered Vegetables

Method

  • Heat salad dressing, ginger, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice for 3-4 minutes on High.
  • Add pumpkin, cook for 7-8 minutes on High until tender.
  • Stir in french beans and capsicum, cook for further 5-6 minutes on High.
  • Pour into serving plate and serve hot.
