INDIAN VEGETABLE CHOWMEIN Vegetarian-Dish

Vegetable Chowmein is a very nutritious recipe which can be easily cooked and is simple and tastes great.



Ingredients

Noodles
: 1 cup
Water
: 4 cups
Oil
: 2 tsp
Capsicums
: 2
Carrots (shredded)
: 2
Spring Onions (shredded)
: 2
Beans (shredded)
: 5-6
Cabbage (shredded)
: 100 gm
Dry red chillies (flaked)
: 2-3
Baby Corns (sliced)
: 5-6
Garlic flakes (crushed)
: 5-6
Tomato sauce
: 2 tbsp
Oil
: 2 tsp
Vinegar
: 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper
: To taste

Indian Vegetable Chowmein

Method

  • Take a big microwave safe bowl, add water , oil and salt and boil for 7-8 minutes at 100% micro wave power.
  • Add noodles and boil for 6-7 minutes at 100% power. Stir in between.
  • Strain and wash noodles under cold water to avoid sticking. Keep aside.
  • Take another Microwave safe bowl, add oil and all chopped vegetables and microwave for 4-5 minutes at 100% microwave power.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato chilli sauce and vinegar and stir it properly.
  • Add boiled noodles to it and mix it well. Microwave it for 2 minutes at 80% power.
  • Serve hot with sauce and soup.
