INDIAN CHICKEN BREASTS
This is a very delicious and easy recipe using chicken breasts cover just about every cuisine and are all good for you.
Chicken breasts (1 lb. each), halved
: 2 whole
White wine or water
: 1/4 cup
Place butter in 2 quart glass baking dish.
- Microwave on 3/4 power about 1 minute or until melted. Add seasoning to butter; mix well. Roll chicken breasts in seasoned butter. Place skin side down and thick edges toward outside, in buttered baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on 3/4 power for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over; pour wine over all, and continue cooking on 3/4 power for 15 minutes or until tender when poked with a fork. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4.
