LEMON BUTTER SAUCE
Lemon butter sauce is an ideal addition to many foods, including chicken, fish, and shellfish.It is easy to make and produces a classy sauce that looks as good as it tastes.
: 1/2 cup
Lemon juice (1 3/4 oz.)
: 1/3 cup
Eggs slightly beaten(1 3/4 oz.)
Cream butter, sugar and cornstarch. Blend in remaining ingredients.
- Cook on high for 3 to 6 minutes or until clear and thickened, stirring after 2 minutes and then after every minute.
- Sauce may be made ahead and reheated. Serve warm on cakes, puddings or ice cream.
