LEMON, PEPPER AND DILL FISH Non-Vegetarian-Dish

This is very easy and very tasty recipe for dinner.



Ingredients

White fish fillets
: 500 g
Butter
: 125g
Dried dill
: To taste
Lemon juice
: 3 tbsp
Lemon pepper
: To taste

Lemon, pepper and dill fish

Method

  • Place fish filets in a microwave-safe dish. Cut butter into pieces and place all over fish.
  • Sprinkle with dill and lemon pepper. Drizzle fresh lemon juice all over the fish.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until the fish turns white.
