MAHARASHTRIAN METHI PANEER Vegetarian-Dish

This is a colorful dish, quick to make.



Ingredients

Fenugreek leaves-washed and pureed
: 250 gm
Tomato puree
: 1 cup
Mustard oil
: 1 tbsp
Red chillies-broken into half
: 2 whole
Salt
: 2 tsp
Garam masala
: 1 tsp
Coriander powder
: 1 tbsp
Paneer-cut into cubes
: 300 gm

Maharashtrian Methi Paneer

Method

  • Place the oil and whole red chillies in a dish, mix well and cook covered, at HI for 2 minutes.
  • Mix in the fenugreek puree, tomato puree, salt, sugar, garam masala and coriander powder. Cook covered at HI for 10 minutes, stirring once.
  • Mix in the paneer and cook at 70% for 8 minutes. Serve hot.
