MANGO SHEERA Vegetarian-Dish

In the Season of Hapoos everything gets the color of the mango. This Mango Sheera is one such creation,A delicacy very tasty and is one of the most relished and often-made recipes.



Ingredients

Rawa/ semolina (slightly stir fried on low gas flame)
: 1/4th cup
Milk
: 3/4th cup
Mango pulp
: 1/2 cup
Sugar
( depending on the sweetness of the mangoes)
: 6 tbsp
Ghee
: 1 1/2 tbsp
Raisins, chopped nuts & cardamom powder

Mango Sheera

Method

  • Mix the rawa with the ghee & keep for a minute in the microwave.
  • Add 3/4th cup milk, sugar & the pulp to it. At this stage you may add a few raisins, chopped nuts & cardamom powder.
  • Microwave for five and a half minutes.
  • Serve in a plate with fresh mango pulp.
