This is slightly gooey and tangy, it can be prepared in a jiffy. No vegetables to chop and no spices to grind.
Mor milagai (Chillies soaked in curd and dried)
Add the oil, mustard, bengalgram dal, blackgram dal in a microwave safe bowl and micro high for 20 seconds. Add curry leaves, mor milagai and mix well.
- Add the batter made of rice flour, buttermilk, salt and water and micro high for 3 to 4 minutes. Mix well once in between to ensure even cooking.
- Serve hot with sugar or pickles as per taste.
- Traditionally it is served as in the picture, but for convenience you could even spread it on a greased plate and cut into pieces.
