MURG TIKKA BEMISAAL
This is very tasty and special recipe cooked with boneless chicken and mainly fenugreek leaves.
Boneless chicken pieces
Capsicum, onion and tomato cubed.
: 50 gms
Cashewnut paste, grated cheese,
white peper powder and garam masala powder.
: 10 gms
Kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
: 5 gms
Sesame seeds for garnishing
: To taste
Mix cashewnut paste, cheese and all the spices, including kasoori methi, and marinate chicken in the mixture for atleast for a couple of hours.
- Skewer the vegetables and chichen and grill till cooked through and bottom and the edges.
- Serve immediately with mint and yoghurt chutney.
