PALAK BABY CORN
This is a low cal version of palak paneer in which baby corn is used instead. Baby corn apart form being low in calories and fat as compared to other vegetables also imparts a crispy texture.
: 1 big
Baby corns(cut into 1/2 inch)
First bowl paruppu keerai+fenugreek keerai+palak keerai take only the leafs wash it and chop and transfer in microwave oven bowl for 2 seconds and keep aside
- Take second bowl add a little oil +salt +1 big onion (finely chopped)+3 garlic chopped +3 green chillies + 5 baby corns cut into 1/2 inch and keep it in oven for 2 seconds.
- Mix both the contents of the above bowls in a bowl add a 2 or 3 spoons milk + 2 pinch of pepper powder.
