PANEER AND GROUNDNUT POHA Vegetarian-Dish

Most Indians love poha which are the flattened rice flakes.Poha is easier to digest than rice, and takes almost no time to cook.



Ingredients

Poha
: 200 gms
Paneer
: 100 gms nicely diced
Lemon juice
: 2 tbsp
Pepper powder
: To taste
Salt
: To taste
Groundnuts
: 50 gms

Paneer and Groundnut Poha

Method

  • Soak the poha in water for 2 mts. Drain the water. Add paneer, lemon juice, salt, pepper and roasted groundnuts.
  • Mix well. Microwave the mixture in high power (without covering it) for 3 minutes.
  • Piping hot poha ready to be served with green chutney.
