PANEER AND GROUNDNUT POHA
Most Indians love poha which are the flattened rice flakes.Poha is easier to digest than rice, and takes almost no time to cook.
: 100 gms nicely diced
Soak the poha in water for 2 mts. Drain the water. Add paneer, lemon juice, salt, pepper and roasted groundnuts.
- Mix well. Microwave the mixture in high power (without covering it) for 3 minutes.
- Piping hot poha ready to be served with green chutney.
