SPANISH OMELETTE Non-Vegetarian-Dish

Spanish omelette is a typical Spanish dish consisting of an egg omelette with fried potatoes.


Olive oil
: 1 tbsp
Spring onions sliced
: 6
Red capsicum sliced
: 1/2 small
Green capsicum sliced
: 1/2 small
Potato cooked and sliced
: 175g
Eggs beaten
: 5
Chili powder
: 1 tsp
: To taste
Cheddar cheese
: 75g
Chopped coriander leaves
: 1 tbsp

Spanish Omelette


  • Place the oil in a10" flan dish together with spring onion , red and green capsicum, mix well and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Add the potato ensuring the mixture is evenly distributed over the base of the flan dish, Pour in the beaten egg.
  • Season with salt and chili powder and coriander.
  • Place on low rack, cook on dual grill medium for 9-10 minutes until evenly brown and crispy.
