SPICE CABBAGE SEASONED WITH TOFU AND RED/GREEN CAPSICUM Vegetarian-Dish

A versatile supper dish you can vary to suit your taste with tofu and red or green capsicum.



Ingredients

Chopped cabbage
: 2 cups
Chopped capsicum in small cubes
: 1 cup
Tofu chopped
: 1/2 cup
Mix masala
(coriander powder+chilli powder+turmeric powder)
: 3 tbsp
For seasoning (tarka)
Oil
: 2 tbsp
For Garnish
Chopped coriander leaves
: 2 tbsp

Spice Cabbage Seasoned with Tofu and Red/Green Capsicum

Method

  • In 2-quart fry pan add oil, and tofu, cover and microwave for 2 minutes, add cabbage and capsicum and mix masala, mix every things together, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Cabbage and capsicum should be crunchy.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, serve warm.
