MICROWAVE SPINACH CASSEROLE
This Spinach casserole recipe wiht cream cheese and seasonings is suppose to be very tasty and healthy.
Ingredients
Frozen chopped spinach
: 1 (10 oz.)
Eggs, beaten
: 2
Milk
: 2 tbsp
Cottage cheese
: 1/4 cup
Salt
: 1/2 tsp
Grated sharp cheese
: 1/4 cup
Herb seasoned stuffing mix
: 1 cup
Method
- Thaw spinach in microwave about 3 minutes or until can be separated.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Spread evenly in a greased 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Microwave on high 5 to 7 minutes. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
