TOMATO-ONION SABZI Vegetarian-Dish

A very tasty n healthy dish without oil is ready . It can be used as a side dish for idli, chappathi, poori , dosai and also with thayir saatham.



Ingredients

Finely chopped ginger
: 1 tsp
Green chillies cut it into halves
: 2
Onion cut it into very small pieces
: 3/4
Tomatoes cut into very small pieces
: 2
Few coriander leaves
: To taste
Veg or corn oil
: 2 tsp
Plain red chilli powder
: 1/2 tsp
Grated coconut one hand full
: Optional
Salt
: To taste

Method

  • Take a microwave vessel , put the ginger, onion, coriander leaves,oil,green chilli mix it well n keep it in microwave oven high for 5min with the lid closed.
  • Now take out the vessel n add tomatoes , chilli powder, salt n keep it in high for 4 min with the lid closed.Atlast add coconut(optional) add keep it in high for 2 min.
  • It will be in semi solid form .
  • If you want in solid form just remove the lid n keep it in microwave high for 5 min .
